Our Story


How it all started

The LINK Foundation was created and launched with a focus and drive to positively impact the community. The founding shareholders desired to create an avenue for continually evaluating and supporting the greatest needs in our region. In response, LINKBANK and the LINK Foundation were created.   With a mission to empower positive impact on clients, employees, and the communities across South Central Pennsylvania.   

Established as a separate legal entity and with a distinct Board of Directors, the LINK Foundation is moving forward on a commitment to give back and strengthen the communities we serve. The Foundation’s funding initiatives are focused on three pillars: developing future leaders, promoting financial literacy and fortifying personal growth, – pillars that emulate the shared mission of LINKBANK. 

Financial Foundation

Delivering on a vision to positively impact lives, LINKBANCORP generously allocated $250,000 from its initial capital raise to the LINK Foundation solidifying the strong support and shared values held by their shareholders.  LINKBANCORP plans to proudly continue to support the initiatives of the LINK Foundation for years to come with future contributions.  

LINKBANK’s leadership additionally launched the ‘Double Your Impact’ Program, giving $50 to new clients, $50 to a local nonprofit of the clients choosing and $50 to the LINK Foundation every time a new checking account is opened. This is another example of LINKBANK’s enthusiasm and robust commitment to enhance local communities. 

The Foundation is proud to support organizations and projects within their footprint.  Linking together, we can become catalysts of positivity, financial growth, and measurable impact that enhance lives and communities.
