Most frequent questions and answers

• At LINKBANK we offer surcharge FREE ATMs worldwide. Withdraws may be completed at any STAR, PULSE, Cirrus, Plus or Maestro supported network. Surcharge fees incurred will post however are refunded timely. Exchange rates/fees are applicable as charged if utilizing an International machine

Clients are asked to properly endorse their checks which consists of your signature and the words “For Mobile Deposit Only at LINKBANK.  LINKBANK reserves the right to reject a check if it is not properly endorsed. 

• Any client who can provide a valid primary form of ID can be an owner of an account; however at least one owner must be 18 years or older

• Custodial accounts can be opened if the custodian is 18 years or older and provides a valid primary form of ID

• Through online banking, you can review and modify your account alerts. Go to the “Account Services” tab.  Select “Alerts”.  You may elect to receive both Financial and Personal alerts via email, text or both
